OFA breeding examinations for breeding purposes only.  This item is for one, in clinic, OFA examination. Therefore, if you have multiple dogs you need to purchase multiple OFA examinations.  Please note, these examinations are not for animals that are unwell and require diagnosis and treatment.  

Details

Location: Unless otherwise specified, the examinations are done in Acton, ON. Please reach out, via email, for the exact location.

Time: Exams are done in the morning of the specified date between 8:30am-12pm.  Times are finalized once we have received payment and OFA registration. Please go to OFA online ( www.ofa.org) to register each dog.

Process:  Once you have paid for the number of examinations desired and registered each dog with OFA, please email us the OFA confirmation numbers as well as the proof of payment to finish booking/ receive a time slot.

***If the item is SOLD OUT - this means that we have reached capacity for the day.  If you have multiple dogs and are not able to purchase the desired number, please reach out via email.

**Refunds.  Please note any cancellations requiring a refund will be subject to an administrative fee of $25/dog. However with advanced notice, we can likely reschedule it to another date without this administrative fee (depending on the number of dogs and availability on the desired reschedule date)
