With small animal cases, we will then contact you to schedule an appointment.

For equine cases, Dr. Richards examines cases at two Mckee Pownall locations (Campbellville and Schomberg) as well as King Animal Hospital. If you have specified a desired location in the referral form, the clinic will then directly contact the client to schedule the appointment.

**Please note for equine cases, if you contact King Animal Hospital directly, please specify Dr. Richards as the desired ophthalmologist.

Email communication is the preferred channel for case updates. Discharge summaries will be provided same day for surgical patients and will be available within 2 business days for medical ophthalmology patients.
